Are you really saving from buying "USED" tires?

Shopping for inexpensive auto tires look like a great deal. We understand that there are some financial pressures, since recession is phenomenal and people may not afford to buy new tires so used tires are becoming more attractive as an alternative to brand new and safe tires.

It has been proven that you can save 100's of dollars when you purchase used tires, they will often look pretty and can last for few months but you should also be aware that these kind of tires could result in fatalities.

It has been reported that for the past two years, there have been eight deadly accidents caused by using worn out auto tires, and 2 of those accidents
happened this year in Northern New Mexico.

Seriously, buying used tires can't give any benefits aside from saving your money... but, can you really SAVE from it?

Things to remember when buying tires

Always Safety first.

Worn out or used tires are not safe.
$20 is cheap, but doesn't worth the hospital bills.

Watch carefully for those tires!

There are lots of people reporting about their tires have been stolen. It's illegal, you don't want to buy stolen products. You should know your dealer, buy products only from reputable tire dealer.

However, if you can't really afford to buy new tires then here's a tip to buy only the correct alternative one:

The law requires tire tread to be at least 1/16th of an inch thick.
Should you consider buying used tire then be skeptical, check the tire using your penny.

Insert the penny within the tire's channels and grooves , if the head of A.Lincoln is visible, then the tire isn't safe to use. (Just take a look at the figure on the right.)

Better be safe than sorry!
